Exhaust Bypass Valve
对排气旁通阀进行调整，以控制满负荷运转时流到涡轮增压器涡轮机的排气。 满负荷运转时推荐的节气门角度大约为70度。 使用下述程序来调整排气旁通阀：
- 拆下螺塞 (1) 和密封。

- 松开锁母 (2) 。 顺时针转到调整螺母 (3) 大约4圈，以便解除排气旁通阀的功能。 小心不要将该螺钉拧紧得太远。
- 按照专门说明书, SEHS9769, "G3500发动机安装和初次启动程序"来调整发动机。
- 转动调整螺钉 (3) 来调整排气旁通量，以使满负荷运转时的节气门角度大约为70度。
- 当运转情况负荷要求时，拧紧螺母 (2) 至扭矩为14 ± 3 N·m (10 ± 2 lb ft)。
- 安装密封和螺塞 (1) 。
