Installation Procedure

Note: The following procedure shows the removal of the left hand track tension cylinder. The procedure is identical for both sides.

Note: The top plate and the left hand plate are removed for viewing purposes.

1. Fasten a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to track tension cylinder (8). Install track tension cylinder (8) into the machine. Install four bolts (9) and the plated washers. The weight of track tension cylinder is approximately 234 kg (515 lb).

2. Install tube assembly (7) onto the track tension cylinder and manifold and relief valve (track tension) (4).

3. Position cover assembly (5) onto the track roller frame. Install eight bolts (6) and the hard washers.
