Removal Procedure

Static Switch Module (1) Terminals

1. Remove the Static Switch Interface board. See Testing and Adjusting, "Static Switch Interface Board - Remove and Install".

2. Label all power cables on the Static Switch Module.

3. Disconnect the two power cables from each the three terminals (1) .

4. Loosen the two mounting bolts from the top of the module.

   Note: Do not remove the 2 mounting bolts.

5. Remove the module.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the module in the cabinet.

2. Tighten the two mounting bolts at the top of the module to 4.5 N·m (40 lb in).

3. Connect the two power cables to each of the three terminals (1) and torque the terminals to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

4. Install the Static Switch Interface board. See Testing and Adjusting, "Static Switch Interface Board - Remove and Install".
