测试是否存在短路
- 将蓄电池断路开关和起动开关转到断开位置。
- 断开线束各端。
- 将校准的数字万用表的表盘转到 200 Ω 范围。
- 测量电阻。
- 使用万用表表笔接触可疑故障电气导线的接头。
- 使用其他万用表表笔逐个接触相同线束上的所有其他电气导线。
如果任何电气导线之间有持续性，则万用表读数将小于 5 Ω。 线束的任何其他导线之间存在连续性表明这些导线之间存在短路。 修理或更换线束。
- 使用万用表来测试接地（机架）之间有无持续性。
如果任何电气导线和接地之间有持续性，则万用表读数将小于 5 Ω。 如果任何导线和接地之间存在持续性，则导线和接地之间存在短路。 修理或更换线束。
