- 以如图 1 中所示的相反顺序卸下缸盖螺栓。 需要利用 14 mm 加长套筒拆下编号 12 到 15 的螺栓。 从发动机上拆下缸盖。

螺栓拧紧顺序 | |
- 彻底清洁缸盖。 确保缸盖与缸体的接触面清洁、光滑和平整。
- 检查缸盖底面有无点蚀、腐蚀和裂纹。 检查阀座镶圈及喷油器喷嘴孔周围的区域。
- 将缸盖 (1) 放到 8S-6691 缸盖支架组件 (2) 上。

- 测量缸盖的平直度。 利用直尺 (3) 和塞规 (4) 测量平直度。
- 测量缸盖上点 (A) 到另一端的距离。
- 测量缸盖上点 (B) 到另一端的距离。
- 测量缸盖上点 (C) 到另一端的距离。
