当故障诊断与排除步骤指示要"修理线束"时,使用正在维修机器的电气系统示意图来追查电路。

执行线束接头的连续性检查,确定线束故障位置。

务必检查部件接头上的接地电路。 接头的接地触针与机架接地之间的电阻值要求小于五欧姆。 大于五欧姆的过大接地电阻会导致故障诊断发生错误。

故障诊断和排除过程中,在更换任何部件之前应先检查所有连接。 如果这些连接不清洁、不牢固,则可能会导致永久性电气故障或间歇性电气故障。 检查并确认已将导线完全推入接头中。 在进行其它测试之前,确保所有连接牢固。

执行配线线束测试时,不要刺穿导线绝缘层。 采用测试引线,诸如 7X-1710 万用表表笔 ,以便在不损坏导线绝缘层的情况下对线束进行故障诊断与排除。

如果在故障诊断与排除期间发现导线绝缘层损坏,修理损坏的位置。 使用 8T-0065 RTV 硅酮密封胶 密封损坏的导线部位。 用双层 1P-0810 胶带 盖住密封胶。

一个电气部件的故障可能会导致其它部件出故障。 在更换部件之前,务必先尝试排除电气系统故障的原因。

从动力传动系 ECM 拆下机器线束时,使用线束接头中心的一个螺钉。
