Start By:
- Remove the inlet valves and the exhaust valves. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Inlet and Exhaust Valves - Remove and Install".

- Use Tooling (A) to remove the valve guides from the cylinder head assembly.

- Position the valve guide and tap on the top of the valve guide. This is done in order to start the valve guide into the cylinder head assembly.

- Use Tooling (A) to install the valve guides. Install the valve guides until the protrusion is Dimension (X) above the cylinder head assembly. Dimension (X) is 22.0 ± 0.5 mm (0.87 ± 0.02 inch).
End By: Install the inlet valves and the exhaust valves. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Inlet and Exhaust Valves - Remove and Install".
