Rocker Shaft and Pushrod - Remove
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the valve mechanism cover. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Valve Mechanism Cover - Remove and Install".

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Put identification marks on each rocker arm in order to identify the proper location in the engine for installation.

- Remove bolts (1) .
- Remove rocker arm assembly (2) and pushrods (3). Keep each pushrod with the respective rocker arm.
- Remove the valve bridge assemblies.
