Engine Speed/Timing Sensor - Remove and Install

- 断开发动机转速 / 正时接头 (2) 。 检查接头有无以下损坏：腐蚀, 触针和插槽弯曲, 触针和插槽缺失 和 导线故障 。
- 从飞轮壳体 (1) 上拆下发动机转速 / 正时传感器 (3) 。
- 检查传感器塑料端是否有磨损迹象或污染物，如金属屑。 如果有必要，清洁传感器。 发动机转速 / 正时传感器的塑料端的表面可见磨损不应超过 0.051 mm (0.0020 in)。
- 使用螺丝刀小心地将传感器塑料端撬到完全伸出位置。 完全伸出位置为超出传感器金属壳体大约 4.75 mm (0.187 in)。
- 抓住传感器塑料端。 将传感器从一侧摆动到另一侧，以检查工作情况。 不应有任何松动。
- 轻轻推入传感器的塑料端。 传感器的塑料端应当稳固。 传感器的塑料端应当能抵抗任何伸缩移动。 如果没有电阻，更换传感器。
- 如果传感器端没有完全伸出，应使用螺丝刀小心地将传感器的塑料端撬到完全伸出位置。
注: 如果传感器滑动端安装在正时环的槽内，可能导致传感器损坏。 确保安装之前，在传感器的安装孔中可以看到正时环的齿。
- 检查传感器螺纹底座处的 O 形密封圈。 如果密封圈丢失或损坏，应安装一个新的 O 形密封圈。
- 安装发动机转速 / 正时传感器到飞轮壳体中。 拧紧传感器至扭矩为 40 ± 5 N·m (30 ± 4 lb ft)。 尖端必须靠在正时参考环上。
- 连接发动机转速 / 正时接头 (2) 。
注: 确保发动机转速 / 正时接头的锁圈正确卡合。
注: 重新安装发动机转速 / 传感器之后，必须重新标定电子喷射正时。 请参阅故障诊断和排除, "发动机转速 / 正时传感器 - 标定"。
