ReferenceService Manual Module, SENR6059, "Vital Information Management System (VIMS)"

The part sales of the 3E-6934 Pressure Sensor Group are higher than expected. The "Service Information Management System" does not confirm the higher sales.

This sensor is used with the VIMS Loader Payload System. The VIMS is available on the 994 (S/N: 9YF) Wheel Loaders as a custom product and the VIMS is standard on the 994D (S/N: 3TZ) Wheel Loaders.

Refer to the troubleshooting procedures on page 453 of Service Manual Module, SENR6059-06, "Vital Information Management System (VIMS)" for failures that are identified with the component identifiers (CID) of 0458 and 0364.

At the first indication of a possible malfunction of the 3E-6934 Pressure Sensor Group, please call 1-309-636-8500 for assistance and/or to begin the parts return process. Field returns are necessary for failure analysis and product improvement, if necessary.
