Machine Status Delay
现场可使用机器状态/延迟代码,来保留机器可用期和机器停工期的记录。 每个范畴所花费的时间量总结在装载机有效负载报告内。 装载机有效负载报告由 VIMSpc 软件生产。 装载机有效负载报告计算受到延迟影响和未受延迟影响的循环时间。
装载机有效负载系统自动使用其中两个初始机器状态代码。 如果机器执行装载操作,系统使用机器状态代码 "00: PRODUCTION(00:生产)"。 如果未检测到装载操作,系统使用机器状态代码 "01: AUTO DELAY(01:自动延迟)"。 如果铲斗移过"提升区"时,负载重量超过铲斗额定容量的 50%,则视机器处于"装载状态"。 经过 60 秒"非装载时间"后,系统将切换至 "01: AUTO DELAY(01:自动延迟)"状态。 可在配置中修改 "AUTO DELAY(自动延迟)"时间。 装载机有效负载报告中,将自动延迟时间贴上 "AUTO DELAY(自动延迟)"标签。 恢复生产时,系统在装载机有效负载报告中贴上 "RESUME LOADING(恢复装载)"的标签。
机器状态代码通过按下 "F3" 键输入。 信息中心将显示当前选择的"延迟代码"。
