(1) 销，拆卸自 136-4632 正时销 - 将正时销 (E) 和适配器 (F) 安装到正时销组件 (D) 中。 使用拆解过程中拆下的两个弹簧。

飞轮壳 (1) 正时孔 | |
- 从位于飞轮壳上的正时孔中拆下螺塞 (1)。 将组装好的正时销安装到正时孔中。
注: 在特定的销售型号上，螺塞 (1) 可能位于飞轮壳相对一侧上的相同位置中。
注: 如果飞轮转过了啮合点，必须反向转动飞轮，反向意味着与发动机正常旋转方向相反的方向。 转动飞轮大约 30 度。 接着以正常旋转方向转动飞轮，直到正时销与螺纹孔啮合为止。 当 1 号活塞处于上止点位置时，此步骤可消除齿轮的齿隙。

工具 (A) 用于转动飞轮壳中的飞轮。 沿发动机旋转方向转动发动机。 从飞轮端观看发动机时，发动机旋转方向为逆时针。 转动飞轮，直到正时销与飞轮内的螺纹孔啮合为止。
注: 工具 (B) 或 (C) 也可用于转动飞轮。 根据应用和可用空间，可以使用这三个工具中的任何一个。
- 从发动机上拆下气门机构盖。
请参阅拆解和组装, KENR5159, "气门机构盖 - 拆卸和安装"。
- 如果 1 号活塞处于压缩冲程，则 1 号气缸的进气门和排气门都完全关闭。 此外，如果活塞处于压缩冲程，则可以用手移动摇臂。 如果不能移动摇臂且气门微开，则 1 号活塞处于排气冲程。
注: 当已确定实际冲程位置但需要的是另一个冲程位置时，应从飞轮上拆下正时螺栓。 随后沿发动机正常旋转方向转动飞轮 360 度并重新安装正时螺栓。
