安装电磁阀时,应对小齿轮间隙进行调整。 该调整可在拆下起动马达的情况下进行。

- 不带电磁阀的 MOTOR(马达)接头(端子)与马达之间接头 (1),直接安装电磁阀。
- 将来自与电磁阀具有相同电压的蓄电池的正极连接到 "SW" 端子 (2)。
- 将蓄电池的负极连接到接地端子 (3) 上。
- 短暂用导线把带有 "MOTOR" 标记的电磁阀接头(端子)与接地接头(端子)相连。 小齿轮会切换到盘车位置,直到断开蓄电池为止。

(A) 小齿轮间隙 - 将小齿轮推向整流子一侧,使其无法自由移动。
- 小齿轮间隙 (A) 必须为
9.10 mm (0.358 in) 。 - 调整小齿轮间隙时,应拆下螺塞并转动轴螺母 (4)。
- 调整结束后,在螺母 (4) 上方安装螺塞,然后在电磁阀的 MOTOR(马达)端子与起动马达之间安装接头 (1)。
电磁阀在起动马达上的位置控制小齿轮的间隙。 如果电磁阀的位置正确的话,小齿轮间隙也是正确的。 进行下述步骤来调整电磁阀位置。

62.05 ± 0.35 mm (2.443 ± 0.014 in) - 如果距离 (B) 不正确,则松开螺栓 (8) 并移动电磁阀,直至距离 (B) 正确为止。 电磁阀安装托架 (7) 有长形螺栓孔。
- 调整正确之后,将螺栓 (8) 拧紧至
12 ± 3 N·m (9 ± 2 lb ft) 。
