Speed Sensor (Torque Converter Output) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Install the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
- Connect the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
- Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
- Disconnect wire harness (1) from speed sensor (2) .

- Remove speed sensor (2) and the O-ring seal from torque converter (3) .
Installation Procedure
- Install speed sensor (2) and the O-ring seal to torque converter (3) .

- Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Power Train Electronic Control System" for the appropriate procedure.
- Connect wire harness (1) to speed sensor (2) .
End By:
- Separate the frame lock link. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Frame Lock Link - Separate and Connect".
- Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
