- 拆下水温调节器壳体。 请参阅拆解和组装, "水温调节器- 拆卸和安装"。

注: 3064 发动机有一个气缸盖，而 3066 发动机则有两个。
- 逐步将缸盖螺栓 (1) 从缸盖上拆下。 3066 发动机有 13 条缸盖螺栓，而 3064 发动机有 17 条。 采用与上紧过程相反的顺序拆下螺栓。

- 将工具 (A) 、吊链和适当的起吊设备安装到缸盖 (2) 上。
注: 不要利用撬棍撬开缸盖和缸体。

- 将缸盖 (2) 从缸体上拆下。 3066 发动机缸盖组件的重量为 32 kg (70 lb)。 3064 发动机缸盖组件的重量为 45 kg (100 lb)。
注: 将缸盖放在不会使缸盖表面产生损失的表面上。
- 将缸盖密封垫 (3) 从缸体上拆下。

注: 从缸体上拆卸密封垫时，当心不要损伤缸体的安装面。
- 对其他缸盖重复步骤 1 到步骤 4（ 3066 发动机）。
