Removal Procedure

1. Open the access door on the front left side of the machine.

2. Remove hose (1) that connects the expansion tank (3) to the radiator. Remove hose (2) from the expansion tank.

3. Disconnect electrical connection (4) from the expansion tank (3). Remove the bolt and washer (5) .

4. Remove two bolts and washers (7) and remove the bracket (6). Remove the expansion tank from the machine.

Installation Procedure

1. Place the expansion tank (3) in position. Place the bracket (6) in position and install two bolts and washers (7) .

2. Install the bolt and washer (5). Connect electrical connection (4) to the expansion tank (3).

3. Install hose (1) that connects the expansion tank (3) to the radiator. Install hose (2) to the expansion tank.
