Units Mode
Units Mode is Mode 5. In order to enter Units Mode, the "CLEAR/MODE" switch must be held down until "- 5 -" appears in the Display Area. Mode 5 is used to toggle the Caterpillar Monitoring System displays between US and Metric units of measure. When the Main Display Module enters Units Mode, the Display Area will show the current setting. "US" will be in the Display Area when US units are being used. "SI" will be seen in the Display Area when Metric units are being used. See the examples below.
