Diameter after plating ... 79.85 ± .025 mm (3.144 ± 0.001 inch)

Minimum thickness for plating ... 0.005 mm (.0002 inch)

Bore diameter for pin ... 80.037 ± 0.037 mm (3.1511 ± .0015 inch)

Install the sleeve bearing in the bearing bore. ... 9.5 ± 0.8 mm (.37 ± .03 inch)

Note: Assemble the sleeve bearings with the groove to the inside of the boss.

(5) Lubricate the sealing lip slightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(6) Use the necessary shims to adjust the lateral clearance.
