1. Be sure that the original washers are located on the mounting pads for the cab.

2. The approximate weight of the cab is 681 kg (1500 lb). Attach a suitable lifting device to cab (42) and place the cab in position on the machine.

3. Install the plates and bolts (41). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 475 ± 53 N·m (350 ± 39 lb ft).

4. Install handle (40) on the control.

5. Install the plates and bolts (39). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 475 ± 53 N·m (350 ± 39 lb ft).

6. Connect hose assemblies (36), (37), and (38) .

7. Connect rod end (35) for the governor control linkage to the lever.

8. Connect wiring harness (33). Connect two wires (34) to the starter.

9. Connect wiring harness (29). Use bolt (28) to install the clip for the harness.

10. Connect wires (30). Connect wiring harnesses (31) and (32) .

12. Connect wiring harness (25). Connect battery circuit cable (26) to the disconnect switch.

13. Connect four hoses (24) to the washer fluid bottle.

14. Connect ground wire (22) and wiring harness (23) .

15. Connect two rod ends (21) for the linkage for speed and direction control.

16. Connect rod ends (19) and (20) for the transmission control linkage to the levers.

17. Connect rod end (18) for the brake control linkage to the lever. Connect rod end (17) for the steering control linkage to the lever.

18. Connect wiring harness (16). Use bolt (15) to install the clip for the harness.

19. Connect rod end (14) for the parking brake control linkage to the control valve.

20. Connect five wiring harnesses (13) that are located on top of the flywheel housing.

21. Place the drain hose for the air conditioner in position and tighten hose clamp (12) .

22. Position the two heater hoses on the heater core and tighten hose clamps (11) .

23. Connect two hose assemblies (10) to the evaporator core.

24. Install covers (7), (8), and (9) .

27. Install floorplate (1) .

28. Charge the air conditioning system. Refer to the Air Conditioning and Heating Service Manual, SENR5664 for the correct procedure to charge the system.

End By:

1. Install the rollover protective structure (ROPS).
2. Install the hood. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly ManualSENR9418, "Hood - Remove and Install".
