Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the sweeps.

1. Remove bolt (5) and brace (1) .

2. Remove screens (1), (2), and (3) .

3. Disconnect wire harness (6) .

4. Remove bolts (7) from the bottom of the rear screen. Remove bolts (9) from the top of the rear screen. Remove rear screen (8) .

5. The approximate weight of the ROPS is 395 kg (870 lb). Attach Tool (A) and a suitable lifting device to the ROPS. Remove bolts (11) and ROPS (10) .

Installation Procedure

1. The approximate weight of the ROPS is 395 kg (870 lb). Use Tool (A) and a suitable lifting device to put ROPS (10) in position for installation. Install bolts (11) .

2. Put rear screen (8) in position. Install bolts (9) in the top of the rear screen. Install bolts (7) in the bottom of the rear screen.

3. Connect wire harness (6) .

4. Install screens (1), (2), and (3) .

5. Use bolt (5) to install brace (4) .

End By: Install the sweeps.
