(A) 将橡胶挡块安装在轴中。 橡胶挡块的端部应与倒角端部平齐。 挡块可以后退到倒角以外 7 ± 7 mm (0.3 ± 0.3 in)。
(1) 组装前，必须清洁表面，确保没有防护涂层。
(2) 安装时，橡胶曲面密封和所有接触面必须清洁干燥。 组装前，在金属密封圈的接触面上涂抹一薄层 6V-4876 润滑剂 。 密封圈必须装配成方形。 橡胶曲面密封不能凸起也不能扭歪。
(3) 在密封的地方，用润滑剂将 O 形密封圈孔稍加润滑。
(B) 安装透明塞，使端部与橡胶挡块平齐。 透明塞可以伸出橡胶挡块之外 5 mm (0.2 in)。
履带支重轮轴的端隙
- 最低 ... 0.25 mm (0.010 in)
- 最高 ... 1.25 mm (0.049 in)
