(1) Lubricate the threads. Tighten the bolt to the following torque. ... 2100 ± 250 N·m (1550 ± 185 lb ft)

(2) Inside diameter of a new cylinder ... 107.12 ± 0.05 mm (4.217 ± 0.002 inches)

(3) Outside diameter of a new rod ... 53.925 ± 0.038 mm (2.1230 ± 0.0015 inches)

(4) Inside diameter of a new head ... 54.25 ± 0.03 mm (2.136 ± 0.0012 inches)

(5) Lubricate the seal lips with a small amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.

(6) Lubricate the threads. Tighten the head to the following torque. ... 600 ± 130 N·m (440 ± 95 lb ft)
