Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Inspect the condition of the gaskets. Replace the gaskets, if necessary.
- Install the gaskets and position water outlet manifold (2) and water temperature regulator housing (3) as a unit on the cylinder head.
- Install bolts (7) and the washers.
- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of plugs (6). Install plugs (6).
- Position tube assembly (4) and install bolts (5) and the washers.
- Connect harness assembly (1).
- Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.
