Disassembly Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the gear pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Implement, Steering and Brakes) - Remove".
- Remove four nuts (1) and pump adapter (2) from the gear pump.

- Remove O-ring (3) from the pump adapter.

- Use tooling (A) in order to remove the snap ring. Remove the seal.

- Remove backup ring (6), seal (5) and plate (4) .

- Remove gears (7) and (8) .

- Remove plate (10) from the gear pump.

- Loosen four bolts (11) in order to separate the gear pumps.

- Remove three O-ring seals (12). Remove coupling (9) and the O-ring seal.

- Inspect bearings (13) for damage and wear.

- Remove cap (14) .
