Bank Valve - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
- Assemble seat (74), spring (75) and set screw (76) .
Note: Check all seals for damage or wear. Replace worn seals or damaged seals.

- Install O-ring (73), backup ring (72) and O-ring (71) into stem (60). Install O-ring seals (70), nut (68) and cap (69) into stem (60) .

- Install O-ring (66) and backup ring (67) into spool (63). Install spool (63), plunger (64) and spring (65) into seat (62) .

- Install seat (62) and spring (61) into stem (60). Install stem (60) and O-ring (59) onto relief valve (58) .

- Install O-ring (56) and backup ring (57) to poppet (53). Install O-ring (55) onto check valve (52). Install poppet (53), spring (54) and check valve (52) into valve (33) .

- Install spool (45) into valve (33). Install backup rings (51) onto spool (45). Install O-ring (50) and retainer (49) into valve (33) .

- Install spring seat (46), spring (47), spacer (48) and bolt (44) .

- Use a screwdriver in order to hold spool (45). Use an allen wrench in order to tighten bolt (44) .

- Install O-ring (41), end cap (42) and two bolts (43) .

- Install O-ring (36), retainer (37), spring seat (38), spring (39), O-ring (40) and cap (34). Install two bolts (35) .

- Install stem (17) onto relief valve (12). Install O-ring (13), nut (14), O-ring (15) and cap (16) onto relief valve (12) .

- Install relief valves (12) into the bank valve.

- Install spool (6) into the valve. Install spring seat (11), spring (10), O-ring (9), end cap (7) and two bolts (8) .

- Install valve (4), spring (3) and O-ring (5) into each of the valves.

- Assemble the four valves, the inlet housing and the outlet housing. Install three rods (2) and three nuts (1) .
