Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Loosen the track. For the proper procedure, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Separate" for the machine that is being serviced.

1. Use Tooling (A) and lift the tractor from the side in order to remove the roller.

2. Put Tooling (B) into position in order to support the tractor and lower Tooling (A) .

3. Fasten a hoist and a suitable lifting device to Tooling (C). Put Tooling (C) into position under the carrier roller, as shown.

4. Remove bolts (3) and caps (1) from each side of the roller.

5. Remove track roller (2) from the machine. The weight of the track roller is 30 kg (66.0 lb).
