Installation Procedure

1. Remove the 10 mm Forcing Screws.

2. Install the torque converter in the flywheel housing. The weight of the torque converter is 113 kg (250.0 lb).

3. Install bolts (7) that secure the torque converter to the flywheel housing.

4. Remove the hoist and 12 mm Eye Bolt (6) .

5. Install the clip that secures wire harness (5) and connect wire harness (5) .

6. Install hose assemblies (4) and (3) to the torque converter housing.

7. Install hose assembly (2) on the torque converter outlet relief valve.

8. Install hydraulic hose assembly (1) .

End By:

1. Install the implement pump. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR 8491 for the installation of the implement pump.
2. Install the power train oil pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Train Oil Pump - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
3. Install the main drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Drive Shaft - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
