  1. Install tooling (A), a lifting strap and a hoist onto the hydraulic tank. Place the hydraulic tank into position in the machine.

  1. Install the washers and two bolts (32) that retain the sides of the hydraulic tank to the machine.

  1. Install clip (30), the washers and two bolts (29) that retain the bottom of the hydraulic tank. Install wiring assembly (31) .

  1. Install wiring assembly (28) .

    Note: Replace worn seals. Replace damaged seals.

  1. Install hose assemblies (21), (24), (25), (26) and (27) .

  1. Install tube assembly (22). Tighten nut (23) .

  1. Install tee fitting (19). Install tube assembly (17). Tighten nuts (18) and (20) .

  1. Install clips (16). Install hose assemblies (10) and (11). Install flange assemblies (13) and (15). Install bolts (12) and (14) .

  1. Install hose assemblies (8) and (9) .

  1. Install clip (7). Install clamps (6), the washers and bolts (5) .

  1. Install hose (1) and clamp (2). Install tube assembly (4) and nut (3) .

  1. Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil to the correct level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct fluid type and the correct fluid quantity.

End By:

  1. Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR6768-01, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
  2. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR6768-01, "Fuel Tank - Install".
