Pilot Control Valve - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
- Install O-rings (55) and (56). Install backup ring (57). Install plunger (59) and spring (58) into capsule (54). Repeat for the other three capsules.

- Install clapper (41), gasket (42) and spring (43) into each magnet tube (44). Install a sleeve (40) into each magnet tube (44) .

- Align identification marks. Install the magnet tubes into the original locations.

- Install pivot joint (37), the washer and bolt (38) onto plate (1) .

- Install magnet tubes (44) and valve (33) onto plate (1) .

- Install clamp plate (35). Inspect the location of the wires in order to avoid damage before tightening two bolts (34). Install two bolts (34) .
- Install four plungers (36) .
