- 使用工具 (A) 将唇式密封件 (4) 安装在水泵壳体 (14) 中。 密封件的密封唇必须朝向轴承。 将清洁的发动机机油涂覆在密封唇上。

- 使用压力机将轴 (8) 安装到轴承 (5) 中。
- 将轴 (8) 和轴承 (5) 作为一个整体安装到水泵壳体 (14) 中。 使用工具 (B) 安装卡环 (6) 。
- 将水泵密封组件 (3) 安装到轴 (8) 上。 使用工具 (C) 将水泵密封组件压入到水泵壳体的孔中。
- 将叶轮 (13) 在轴 (8) 上放置到位，然后安装垫圈 (10) 和螺栓 (9) 。 将螺栓 (9) 拧紧至扭矩 47 ± 9 N·m (35 ± 7 lb ft)。
- 将密封垫 (2) 和盖 (1) 放置到位，然后安装两个垫圈和螺栓 (11) 。
- 使用压力机将轴承 (12) 安装到齿轮 (15) 上。
- 将齿轮 (15) 和轴承 (12) 作为一个整体放置在轴 (8) 上。 安装垫圈和螺栓 (7) 。 将螺栓 (7) 拧紧至扭矩 97 ± 7 N·m (72 ± 5 lb ft)。
