- 拆卸螺栓 (9) 和垫圈。 将轴承 (12) 和齿轮 (15) 作为一个整体拆下。

- 使用工具 (A) 、工具 (B) 和压力机将轴承 (12) 从齿轮 (15) 上拆下。
- 使用工具 (C) 拆下卡环 (6) 。
- 将两根螺栓 (11) 、垫圈、盖 (1) 和密封垫 (2) 从水泵壳 (14) 上拆下。
- 拧松螺栓 (9) 约 6.4 mm (.25 in)。 用软锤敲击螺栓，松开叶轮 (13) 。
- 拆下螺栓 (9) 、垫圈 (10) 和叶轮 (13) 。
- 将轴承 (5) 和轴 (8) 作为一个整体拆下。
- 使用工具 (A) 、工具 (B) 和压力机拆下轴承 (5) 。
- 拆下水泵密封组件 (3) 。
- 使用工具 (B) 拆下唇式密封件 (4) 。
