Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Use a new gasket and install elbow (5) .

- Put water pump (3) , the gasket and elbow (1) in position. Install two bolts (2) , two bolts (4) and the washers.

- Tighten hose clamp (5) .

- Fill the cooling system to the correct level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct fluid and the correct filling procedure.
