开始:
- 连接转向机架锁。 请参考拆解和装配, "转向机架锁 - 分离和连接"。

拆下连杆销后孔内可能有粘连，突然分离可导致人员伤害。 释放所有液压压力，并确保铲斗和/或附件处于稳定水平的位置。 |
- 将任何附件工具从连接器组件上拆下。
- 升起提升臂。 将工具 (A) 放在横梁下，以支撑提升臂。
- 释放液压系统压力。 请参考拆解和装配, "液压系统压力 - 释放"。
- 记录垫圈 (3) 的位置，以便于组装。

- 拆下销组件 (2) 和垫圈 (3) 。
- 卸下销组件 (4) 。 拆下连杆组件 (1) 。
- 先拆下轴承，然后拆下密封件 (5) 。

- 降低轴承的温度，以协助安装。
- 使用工具 (B) 将轴承安装到连杆组件 (1) 中。 确保轴承在孔内居中。

- 安置连杆组件 (1) 。 安装垫圈 (3) 和销组件 (2) 。
注: 组装前，确保销组件可在销孔中自由滑动。 使用工具 (D) 润滑所有的销孔和销组件。
