Installation Procedure

Note: Ensure that the pins slide freely in the pin bores before assembly. Lubricate all the pin bores and the pins with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease.

1. Install seals (8) .

2. Use straps and a hoist in order to place the lift cylinder in position. Install pin (7). Install the washer and bolt (6) .

3. Install pin (4). Install the washer, the spacer and bolt (5) .

4. Install tube assembly (3) .

5. Install tube assembly (2) .

6. Install the washers, the clips and bolts (1) .

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
