Installation Procedure

Note: Replace worn seals. Replace damaged seals.

1. Place steering cylinder in position in the front frame. Install pin (13), the washer and bolt (14) .

2. Install hose assemblies (12) .

3. Install cover (11). Install the washers and four bolts (10) .

4. Put shims (9) and the steering cylinder in position in the rear frame.

5. Install pin (8). Install the washer and bolt (7) .

6. Install eight hose assemblies (6). Install the washers, bolts (5), the plates and the rubber blocks.

7. Install hose assemblies (4) onto the steering cylinder.

8. Install the washer and bolt (3). Install the clip onto hose assembly (1) .

9. Install grease line (2) onto the steering cylinder.

10. Install hose assembly (1) .

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
