Installation Procedure

- Install brake assembly (5) and bolts (4) .

- Install hose assembly (3) .

- Use the following procedure in order to adjust the brakes.
- Apply rated hydraulic pressure.
- Loosen nut (1) and adjusting screw (1) .
- Use Tooling (A) and install a 0.30 mm (0.012 inch) between the disc and one of the linings.
- Tighten adjusting screw (2) until gap (A) is 0.30 mm (0.012 inch).
- Hold adjusting screw (2) still and tighten nut (1). Remove Tooling (A) and release the hydraulic pressure.
