Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

1. Remove top bolt (1) from both sides of radiator guard (2) .

2. Install Tooling (A), lifting straps, and a hoist to radiator guard (2), as shown.

3. Remove bolts (3) and (4) from both sides of radiator guard (2) .

4. Use the hoist to remove radiator guard (2). The weight of radiator guard (2) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb).

1. Install Tooling (A), lifting straps, and a hoist to radiator guard (2). Use the hoist to position radiator guard (2). The weight of radiator guard (2) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb).

2. Install bolts (3) and (4) to radiator guard (2) .

3. Remove Tooling (A) .

4. Install bolts (1) .
