1. Install fan drive motor (17) and bolts (18) .

2. Install fan blade (15) on fan adapter (16) .

3. Install bolts (14) .

Note: Thoroughly clean the drive shaft and the adapter bore.

4. Install fan blade (15) and fan adapter (16) .

Note: Apply oil to the threads on nut (12) .

5. Install lock washer (13) and nut (12). The torque for nut (12) is 95 ± 5 N·m (70 ± 4 lb ft).

6. Bend the tabs on lock washer (13) toward nut (12) .

7. Install Tooling (A), as shown. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting slings to Tooling (A) .

8. Install the fan blade and fan drive motor (11). The combined weight of the fan blade and of the fan drive motor is 57 kg (125 lb).

9. Install bolts (10) .

10. Install fan guards (9), (8), (7), and (6) .

11. Connect hose assemblies (5), (4), and (3) .

12. Install grill assembly (2) and bolts (1) .

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
