(1) Diameter of a new cylinder rod ... 63.450 ± 0.038 mm (2.4980 ± .0015 inch)
(2) Bore of a new cylinder tube ... 107.95 ± .08 mm (4.25 ± .0031 inch)
(3) Bore of a new cylinder head ... 63.83 ± 0.03 mm (2.513 ± .001 inch)
(4) Lubricate the threads with clean grease. Torque for the head ... 600 ± 130 N·m (440 ± 95 lb ft)
(5) Lubricate the sealing lips with a minimal amount of the lubricant that is being sealed.
Boom Cylinder Drift
The maximum permissible boom cylinder drift per minute is 3 mm (.1 inch) at the following conditions:
- Oil temperature ... 38 to 54°C (100 to 129°F)
- Supply pressure ... 28000 kPa (4000 psi)
