Window Wiper and Washer Control

Windshield Wiper Control (1) - The windshield wiper control is located on the left side of the steering column. The windshield wiper control has six positions. Select each position by twisting the windshield wiper control clockwise and by twisting the windshield wiper control counterclockwise.


Front Windshield Wiper (2) - The front windshield wiper is deactivated.


Intermittent Operation with Short Delay (3) - The front windshield wiper will operate intermittently and the delay will be short.


Intermittent Operation with Medium Delay (4) - The front windshield wiper will operate intermittently and the delay will be medium.


Intermittent Operation with Long Delay (5) - The front windshield wiper will operate intermittently and the delay will be long.


Continuous Operation at Low Speed (6) - The front windshield wiper will operate continuously at slow speed.


Continuous Operation at High Speed (7) - The front windshield wiper will operate continuously at high speed.


Front Windshield Washer (8) - Press the button in order to activate the front windshield washer motor.

Rear Windshield Wiper and Windshield Washer (9) - Turn the knob clockwise into the first detent in order to activate the rear windshield wiper at slow speed. Turn the knob clockwise into the next detent in order to activate the rear windshield wiper at high speed. Turn the knob as far as possible in a counterclockwise direction in order to deactivate the rear windshield wiper. Push the knob in order to activate the rear windshield washer motor. Spring force will return the knob when the knob is released.
