Water Pump
Usage:
Install grease seals for the water pump with lip in direction of the bearings.
(1) Torque for nut holding impeller ... 50 to 55 lb. ft.(70 to 75 N·m)
(2) Torque for nut holding pulley ... 100 ± 10 lb. ft.(135 ± 14 N·m)
(3) Clearance between impeller and housing (hit pulley end of shaft before checking). Turn impeller while checking ... .010 ± .005 in.(0.25 ± 0.13 mm)
