These new sprocket sleeves receive a special heat treatment for extra resistance to abrasion and wear in all applications.  Sleeves are sold individually

In applications where idlers are being eroded by debris, the steel idler can improve service life.  The standard rubber wheels are designed to wear faster than the belts in order to prevent debris from being pushed into the belt carcass.  For this reason, steel idler use in aggregates must be weighed against accelerated wear on the belt.

Rubber Tracks for Multi-Terrain Loaders are continuously updated with the latest in rubber compounds, adhesives, and construction techniques, benefiting from over 25 years of experience.  All Cat Rubber Tracks are circularly molded in one piece on million dollar tooling, so they are always the correct size.  Cat drive lugs are permanently molded into the belt and won?t peel off like glued-on lugs.  The rubber layers and internal cords are continuous, so there are no seams to fatigue and start cracking or tearing.   Special belts are available with smooth tread for light footprint on sod farms, golf courses, etc.  Special wide belts are also available for lower ground pressure and improved floatation and traction.

UNDERCARRIAGE UPGRADE KITS

305-9253 BOGIE WHEEL TUBE KIT

This kit contains Bogie Wheel Tube Assemblies for 267/B & 277/B machines.  These new Tubes contain Heavy Duty Tapered Roller Bearings for high strength, and Heavy Duty Metal Face Seals for superior sealing in mud and abrasive environments.   Kit contains Bogie Wheel Tube Assemblies w/ Bogie Wheels to convert both sides of one entire machine.  Use with kit 305-9254 to replace ALL wheels on a machine.  Note: Roller Frames are not included.

305-9254 IDLER WHEEL TUBE KIT

This kit contains IDLER Wheel Tube Assemblies for 267/B & 277/B machines.  These new Tubes contain Heavy Duty Tapered Roller Bearings for high strength, and Heavy Duty Metal Face Seals for superior sealing in mud and abrasive environments.   Kit contains all Idler Wheel Tube assemblies w/ Idler Wheels, Rubber Tracks and Sprocket Sleeves necessary for one entire machine, as shown.  Use with kit 305-9253 Bogie Wheel Tube Kit to replace ALL wheels on a machine.

305-9256 IDLER & BOGIE WHEEL TUBE KIT

This kit contains both Idler & Bogie Wheel Tube Assemblies for 287/B machines.  These new Tubes contain Heavy Duty Tapered Roller Bearings for high strength, and Heavy Duty Metal Face Seals for superior sealing in mud and abrasive environments.   Kit contains all Idler Tube Assemblies w/ Wheels, Bogie Wheel Tube Assemblies w/ Wheels, Rubber Tracks and Sprocket Sleeves necessary for one entire machine, as shown.  Note: Roller Frames are not included.

305-9261 COMPLETE B2 UNDERCARRIAGE UPGRADE KIT

This kit contains the latest B2-Series technologies.  It is a complete bolt-on solution that offers Rubber Tracks, new Drive Motors with 11% more torque, Replaceable Wheels & Idlers Shafts with Heavy Duty Metal Face Seals and Improved Tapered Roller Bearings, and Steel Rear Idler Wheels.  It is complete, including roller frames and all hardware to convert both sides of an entire machine, as shown.

305-9262 B2 PARTIAL UNDERCARRIAGE UPGRADE KIT

This partial kit contains the latest B2-Series technologies.  It is the same as Kit 305-9261, minus the Rubber Tracks, Drive Motors, Sprockets and Drive Tables.  It offers complete bolt-on Roller Frames with Replaceable Wheels & Idlers Shafts with Heavy Duty Metal Face Seals and Improved Tapered Roller Bearings, and Steel Rear Idler Wheels.  It contains all hardware to convert both sides of an entire machine, as shown.

352-1130 B2 PARTIAL UNDERCARRIAGE UPGRADE KIT

This partial kit has the same features as KIT 305-9262, but also includes a pair of Rubber Tracks at a discounted price.  This is the same as Kit 305-9261, minus the Drive Motors.  It contains all hardware to convert both sides of an entire machine, as shown.
