Start By:
- Remove the fuel lines.
- Remove the fuel filter assembly.
- Remove the oil filter assembly.
Contact with high pressure fuel may cause fluid penetration and burn hazards. High pressure fuel spray may cause a fire hazard. Failure to follow these inspection, maintenance and service instructions may cause personal injury or death. |

- Disconnect harness assembly (1) and place out of the way.

- Install fuel injection pump (8) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of
19 ± 3 N·m (168 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten nut (6) to a torque of
105 ± 5 N·m (77 ± 4 lb ft) . - Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of
44 ± 3 N·m (32 ± 2 lb ft) .
- Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of
