- 断开软管组件 (3) 。 断开线束组件 (4) 。 断开软管组件 (5) 。 使用工具 (A) 盖住软管组件 (5) 。

- 拆下螺栓 (8) 。

- 拆下 DEF 喷油器组件 (7) 和垫片 (6) 。 废弃 DEF 喷油器组件 (5) 的垫片 (6) 和密封件 (7) 。
安装步骤
- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装 DEF 喷油器组件 (7) 。
注: 为保持清洁，必须将保护盖保留到位，直到完成最终的油液连接。
- 使用新的垫片更换垫片 (6) 。 使用新的密封件更换密封件 (9) 。
- 将工具 (B) 涂抹在螺栓 (8) 的螺纹上。
- 将螺栓 (8) 拧紧至扭矩为 5.0 ± 0.5 N·m (44 ± 4 lb in)。
- 将螺栓 (8) 重新拧紧至扭矩为 5.0 ± 0.5 N·m (44 ± 4 lb ft)。 额外转动 90°±5°。
