在进行机油采样以前,先填写标签 , PEEP5031,以识别油样。 为了有助于获得最精确的分析结果,提供下列信息:

  • 发动机型号

  • 发动机的工作时数

  • 上次更换机油以来的累计工作小时数

  • 上次更换机油以来的机油添加量

Caterpillar 建议使用取样阀来获取机油油样。 使用取样阀时,油样的油质和一致性较好。 取样阀的位置使得油样能在发动机正常运转时压力下流出。

为了确保油样能代表曲轴箱中的机油,要获取热的、充分混合的机油油样。

为了避免机油油样的污染,用来获取机油油样的工具和容器必须清洁。


注意

在检查、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时,请小心确保盛接油液。 在打开任何舱室或拆卸任何含有油液的部件前,请准备好盛接液体用的适当容器。

有关适于收集和盛放 Cat 产品油液的工具和用品,请参阅专门出版物, NENG2500, "Cat 代理商维修工具目录"或专门出版物, PECJ0003, "Cat 车间用品和工具目录"。

按照本地法规和要求处置所有油液。


用取样阀的情况下,建议使用 169-8373 油液取样瓶。 油液取样瓶包括取样所需要的零件, 同时还提供了说明。


注意

必须分别使用专用的机油采样泵和冷却液采样泵。 使用同一个泵去进行两种液体的采样会污染抽取的液样。 这种污染可能会导致代理商和客户关注由此造成错误的分析和不正确的解释。
