The weight of the TA22 -M4WD Transmission with a dry sump is approximately
For lifting objects, use properly rated cables and properly rated slings. Position the crane for a level lift of the transmission.
Lifting points (1) can be used to tie down the transmission. Install the tie-downs at several locations. Place blocks under the transmission case in order to provide stable support for the transmission.
Check the appropriate laws that govern the weight of the load.
Consult your Caterpillar dealer for shipping instructions for your transmission.
