Programming Parameters
参数编程设置
电子点火系统控制模块(EIS控制模块)和电子控制模块(ECM)具有几个可根据具体安装情况编程设置的参数。 编程设置这些参数需要用到数字诊断工具(DDT)或卡特彼勒电子技师(Cat ET)。
对于DDT,这些参数分属下述3个菜单: "用户规定参数(CUSTOMER SPECIFIED PARAMETERS) (C.S.P.)", "正时(TIMING)" 和 "氧气测试(O2 TEST)"。 对于每一个参数的名称,请参看表1。

如果更换模块,适当的参数必须从旧模块复制到新模块。 可先将设置值记录在纸上,然后编程设置到新模块内。 或者,复制过程可用卡特彼勒电子技师(ET)"复制配置(Copy Configuration)"特性来完成。

在发动机运转时改变参数会导致发动机运转反常。 这会造成发动机损坏。 除非另有说明,否则只能在发动机停机时改变参数设置。 |
