Usage:
start by:
a) remove hood
1. Remove the coolant from radiator.
2. Remove the crankcase guard if so equipped.
3. Remove engine guards (1) from the right and left sides of the engine compartment.
4. Remove radiator top hose (2).
5. Remove fan guard (3).
6. Disconnect radiator bottom hose (5) from the engine.
7. Remove fan guard (4).
8. Disconnect oil lines (6) from the transmission oil cooler.
9. Disconnect the wires from the lights.
10. Fasten a hoist to the radiator guard.
11. Remove the bolts that hold the radiator guard to the frame of the machine. Remove the radiator and guard with a hoist. Weight is 450 lb. (203 kg).
Install Radiator And Guard Assembly
1. Fasten a hoist to the radiator guard and install the radiator on the frame of the machine.
2. Install the bolts that hold the radiator or radiator and guard to the frame.
3. Connect the wires for the lights.
4. Install top radiator hose (1).
5. Install fan guards (2) on both sides of the radiator.
6. Connect bottom radiator hose (4) to the engine.
7. Connect oil lines (3) and (5) to the oil cooler on the bottom of the radiator.
8. Install the engine guards on the left and right sides of the engine.
9. Fill the radiator with coolant.
10. Install the crankcase guard.
