检查发动机的压缩 | |
- 测量某气缸压缩时从气缸上拆下喷油嘴。
- 连接一个压缩表到气缸。
- 断开燃油切断阀，或者将调速器止动杆固定到发动机停运位置。
- 操作起动马达并记录压缩表的压力。
- 对每个气缸重复此过程。
注: 压缩测试仅适用于同一发动机的气缸之间压力比较。 若一个或多个气缸差值超过
350 kPa (51 psi) ，则这些气缸可能损坏。注: 气缸压缩测试不应当成为确定发动机状况的唯一测试。

确定要测量到所有气缸的压缩。没有检查所有气缸可能会导致错误的诊断结果。压缩压力是随着发动机转速变化的。因此有必要在对所有气缸进行压缩的读数时保证发动机转速不变。 |
