- Periksa ROPS apakah terdapat baut yang longgar atau yang rusak. Ganti baut yang rusak atau hilang dengan suku cadang peralatan asli saja.
Kencangkan baut M20 (1) dengan torsi pengencangan
460 ± 60 N·m (339 ± 44 lb ft) . Kencangkan baut M16 (2) dengan torsi pengencangan240 ± 40 N·m (177 ± 30 lb ft) .Catatan: Gunakan oli di semua ulir baut ROPS sebelum Anda memasang baut. Kelalaian untuk mengaplikasikan oli ke ulir baut dapat mengakibatkan torsi baut tidak sesuai.
- Operasikan alat berat di permukaan yang kasar. Ganti penopang pemasangan ROPS jika ROPS mengeluarkan suara bising. Ganti penopang pemasangan ROPS jika ROPS berderak.
Jangan meluruskan ROPS. Jangan memperbaiki ROPS dengan mengelas pelat penguat ke ROPS.
Hubungi dealer Cat Anda untuk memperbaiki setiap retakan pada ROPS.
